The cellar “Le Vin dit Vin” has an immense choice of French wine carefully selected by Rosy Subileau who is a wine stewardess with a diploma from the Tain L’hermitage school.

The stock includes famous wines such as Chateauneuf du Pape, Hermitage la chapelle, and Côte Rotie; but also local regional wines from Pic Saint Loup or Faugères, not forgetting a few wines from the Pays des Cevennes.

Rosy also offers to share her passion for wine with you through wine-tasting sessions, dinners organized monthly centred around a theme of wine. Please note the dates in the section “News.”

Participative courses can be organized for groups of 6 to 15 people. End of the year cocktails or retirement cocktails for a business or club could also be organized.
